Jessica McPherson

Australian born singer Jessica McPherson began performing live at age 14. She began her vocal training in classical and blues and was then accepted into the prestigious Australian Institute of Music, at age 18, specializing in funk and jazz.
Jessica has played in many impressive Australian venues including The Derwent Entertainment Centre (Hobart), The Basement (Sydney), Club Med, (Lindermann Island), The Vanguard (Sydney) and onboard The Spirit of Tasmania Ship. Jessica has also worked in many international five star hotels including The Park Hyatt, Saigon and The Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah Resort and Spa, Oman.
Jessica is a vibrant, young musician with a smooth, versatile voice. She has worked as a solo vocal/pianist, with duos, jazz trios and bands. Having trained in many genres, Jessica has a diverse repertoire including blues, pop, jazz and funk. Jessica is an avid songwriter, having made several albums. One of her original songs was chosen for The Tsunami Relief Album. Charity work is a passion of Jessica’s, having performed at many charity events helping to raise money for Children with Cancer.
